Q.  I have been locked out of my link what do I do.

A.  Email C2 Security Support: contactus@cluster2security.gov.uk (they are your sponsor) and request them to unlock your link. Provide them with your full name, date of birth and NI Number.

 

Q. I am entering my personal details to unlock my link and it keeps telling me that the details I have entered do not match those provided by my sponsor, what do I do?

A. Email C2 Security Support: contactus@cluster2security.gov.uk (they are your sponsor) ask them to send you the details they entered on the system when they set your link up.  Remember to do this after three attempts as after five failed attempts it will lock you out. Provide them with your full name, date of birth and NI Number.
